41. Procedures and actions related to inspection:
(1) According to Rule 40, the inspecting officer shall pay attention to the details prepared according to sub-rule (3) of the same rule by stating the main points observed during the inspection.
(2) The inspecting officer shall give such instructions on matters that require immediate instructions on the matters observed during the inspection.
(3) The inspecting officer shall send the inspection report to the taluk office of the inspected body after conducting the inspection in accordance with this regulation.
(4) If any irregularity is observed during the inspection, the inspecting officer may give the concerned office or employee an opportunity to make a mental apology to correct such irregularity.
(5) During the inspection, the inspector himself will decide whether to inspect the sample or to inspect it in detail.
(6) If during the inspection, the inspecting officer finds that there are serious errors or irregularities or the work that needs to be rectified by the office has not been acted upon, if it is possible to take action according to the prevailing law, then action should be taken immediately, and if it is not possible, a report should be submitted to the authorized officer with a recommendation for action. p>
